Women’s Weekend at the Dutch Iris Inn, a package created in response to our guests’ requests.  Update:  March & April dates sold out – stay tuned for future dates.  Spring into a fun-filled weekend with girlfriends, sisters, mothers or just on your own!  Our historic 1812 home becomes your home away from home for two nights, with festivities planned for the ultimate women’s getaway.  Winter has been challenging this year…break free and treat yourself right…you deserve it!

Arrive at the inn on Friday and enjoy a reception of wine, soft drinks and hors d’oeuvres by the fire.  A welcome basket full of surprises will be waiting for you, as you check into your beautiful guest room. 

After a relaxing evening and a good night’s sleep, you will wake to the aroma of a fabulous breakfast served in our dining room on Saturday morning.  The day is yours to enjoy on Saturday – we have a fun list of eclectic shops, farm stores and sugarhouses to visit, maps for hiking and biking trails, and opportunities to discover the art and history in our area. 

…Or, you can pamper yourself with a variety of spa treatments to relax and rejuvenate your senses.  Please note that spa services are an additional cost, not included in the weekend package – please contact New Beginnings Day Spa for specials and availability. 

At 5pm on Saturday, limousine service will bring everyone to The Bleu Willow, a unique shop of vintage hip finds, for an after-closing social hour and private shopping opportunity (discounts!).  Then back in the limo we go, to dine at the ever-popular Abigail’s Grille & Wine Bar, an historic New England tavern built in 1780.  Chef Louis is offering a prix fixe menu with your choice of salad, entrée and dessert. 

Upon return to the inn, sit back and relax in front of the fire with a cup of coffee, tea or a nightcap.  Sleep soundly, knowing you treated yourself well this weekend, and top it off with another delicious and leisurely breakfast on Sunday morning before heading home.
